While we make an effort to ensure a timely delivery, it’s important to recognise that unexpected events like strikes

    or floods may lead to delivery delays. Dispatch delays might also arise due to the need for payment or address

    verification or correction prior to dispatch.

Express post:
Please be aware that during sale periods, dispatch delays of up to 5 days beyond

    our standard dispatch times can occur. Postage delivery times remain unaffected unless advised.  Costs of shipping

    will not be refunded where a dispatch delay occurs.

We deliver to all addresses nationwide in USA on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

    Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the following business day.

International Shipping:

We deliver to select international countries.
We use DHL Shipping and if we are in stock of all your goods,

    estimated delivery time is around 5-12 business days (includes packing and postage).

Customs Charges & Duties:

As we are an USAn business, duties and charges made by your country’s Customs Service once it has reached its

    destination must be paid by the recipient and not by Modibodi. We are not responsible for and will not reimburse any

Should you reject paying for these fees/taxes and your goods are returned to us, we will refund you the goods minus

    the costs charged to us for shipping to your country, plus return shipping and any additional charges applied by the

    shipping carrier.

Thanks to the trade agreement between USA and the USA, American customers will

    not be required to pay any additional fees or taxes, only the cost of shipping as calculated at checkout.

All other international customers may be required to pay additional VAT or taxes upon

        receiving the goods in your country.
